Appropriate for beginners and advanced fitness levels - work at your own pace
Our Pop-up Fitness Classes are super friendly for beginners – but also can be as challenging as needed for the more advanced.
The sessions are based on time protocols, meaning participants can go at their own pace – doing as many of each exercise as appropriate to their fitness level.
(We can even provide regressed or suitable alternative exercises if participants struggle with the prescribed exercise).
Each session will be 1-hour in length.

Our program is a great fitness boredom buster. You won't find yourself constantly watching the clock during your workout and counting down the seconds until it's over. We will have you moving quickly from one exercise to the next, ensuring your mind doesn't have time to wander or zone out. Plus, we customize, modify, and progress the sessions to help you reach your goals quickly.
