GSI has established the following procedure regarding tournament hotel reservations:
- A condition of acceptance requires every “out of town” team to utilize one of the sanctioned hotels and book the rooms through Global Connections Inc. Global Connections has worked closely with the local hotels and has secured the best rates possible for this event. Outstanding properties will be available at affordable prices. Various options will also be available to satisfy team needs and all budgetary considerations.
- A team failing to utilize Global Connections will not be permitted to participate in the tournament
- Each team must provide a hotel co-coordinator when they initially register for the tournament. This may be the Team coach/manager or a different contact person.
- Upon being accepted to the tournament, GSI will forward a “hotel request form” which must be completed and returned to Global Connections by your hotel coordinator. Notice of team acceptance will come directly from the tournament director (usually about 3-4 weeks prior to the tournament)
- Hotels will be available on a first come first serve basis
