GSi Sports & the Kansas City Wizards proudly celebrate its 11th year hosting the Premiership 3v3 Classic! Games held the new KC Wizards Training facility at Swope Park Soccer Complex.

• $230.00 per team
• MAX 6 on the roster + 1 coach.
• Each teams gets max of 7 KC WIZARDS vs. CHIVAS USA held on JULY 10th @ 7:30pm.
• Special Guest Appearances, KC WIZARDS PLAYERS will sign autographs and photos at the tournament.
• Qualify for the KICK IT 3v3 REGIONAL TOURNAMENT

Why play 3v3?

With fewer players on the field, each child has more opportunities to touch the ball, using and improving their soccer skills. Small-sided games can develop your player’s decision-making, technical attributes, tactical knowledge and physical conditioning through functional movements. Small-sided soccer is FUN and allows more opportunities to score. Scoring can increase self-esteem, character development and team chemistry!

Here are some of the benefits of playing 3v3:

• More touches on the ball
• Increased number of game related decision-making opportunities
• Constant transition from attacking to defensive situations
• Increased 1 v. 1 encounters in both attacking and defending situations
• Increased opportunities to utilize specific ball skills
• Increased opportunity to be in a goal scoring position
• Increased opportunities to be in a 2 vs. 1 attacking and defending situation

Check in will be 30 minutes prior to your first game. Check in will be located at the Swope Park Soccer Complex for all teams. Please make sure to have your roster, medical waivers, and proof of birth for all players. Tournament Deadline – June 18th, 2010.

GSI has established the following procedure regarding tournament hotel reservations:

1. A condition of acceptance requires every “out of town” team to utilize one of the sanctioned hotels and book the rooms through Global Connections Inc. (GCI) using their online request system at www.GCITeamTravel.com. Global Connections has worked closely with the local hotels and has secured the best rates possible for this event. Outstanding properties will be available at affordable prices. Various options will also be available to satisfy team needs and all budgetary considerations.

2. A team failing to utilize Global Connections will not be permitted to participate in the tournament.

3. ALL teams traveling to participate in the tournament can designate a team representative to make the entire team’s request, or team members may do their own individually online at www.GCITeamTravel.com. GCI has secured tournament room blocks at reduced rates from a wide range of hotels to suit the needs of all participating teams. A list of the hotels can be found online for this specific tournament.

Reserving is easy. Simply log on to www.GCITeamTravel.com, select the tournament you’d like to reserve rooms for and follow the prompts to make your selection and room request.
